We're proud to offer free, tracked shipping on every order. Here's what to expect after you place your order.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Delivery times

  • United States, Canada, UK & Australia: approximately 5–8 business days after processing.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary with location, carrier, and demand.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. You can also track your order anytime on our Track your order page.

Delays

Occasionally, factors outside our control (weather, carrier backlogs, customs, peak seasons) can cause delays. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, please contact us and we'll help.

Incorrect address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us within 24 hours at support@harmonyrise.store and we'll do our best to update it before dispatch.

Customs & duties

Most orders arrive with no additional fees. In rare cases, international orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your local authorities, which are the responsibility of the customer.
